Spring Banner
Here is my first banner made for the banners and garlands class from Get It Scrapped.
I used spring MM paper from last year, crepe paper medallions (with some glitter added), and pom pom trim from my mom. I made the scallops by punching scalloped circles and solid circles, gluing them together, cutting them in half and laying them along the edge of each banner piece.
The whole thing is attached with silver pipe cleaners, adorned with ribbons. I think that was the trickiest part.

Cute! I love the little outer scallops that give it so much dimentsion!
Wow, this is really cute, I too love the scallops along the edges and that ball fringe really adds alot to your banner.
