World Card Making Day Challenges

Wow...long-time no blog....Here are three cards I made for a World Card Making Day challenge on the CLASSroom.

First up is a single layer cardstock card. This was my first attempt at this style of card. I really like it. I used Autumn Leaves stamps for the background and the ghost. I colored the candy corn with Copics, added some clear glaze and glitter. I traced a rectangular piece of scrap paper with my glue pen and added glitter, a trick I learned from Mish Mash. She used a nestability, but I don't have the right shape yet.

Next is a card with texture using the cute little cupcake stamps from Taylored Expressions. Love these! I added texture with glitter, some felt rick rack and baubles.

Lastly is a card I did some stitching on...again my first attempt. I like that it keeps my pocket card closed for good, unlike adhesive. There is a little framed photo inside that comes out.

These were fun challenges that made me try some new techniques! Yay for that!

Thank you so much for participating in our WCMD Challenge. Your no layers card is so creative - I love how you used glitter to define your focal point!
